How do you make a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie without a smoothie Machine?

you can use a blender or food processor, i use one of those electric whisk things to do mine, and add the milk

How do you make a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie without a smoothie Machine?
I use a hand blender and a tall glass...it's quick and easy and not alot of cleanup like a regular countertop blender

If you don't have a blender, just smash (I don't know if this is the correct word, but you sure know what I mean) them with a fork until they look like melted ice-cream and give them a good stir (use a mixer if possible)
