1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup sliced strawberries





Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth and frothy.

1. 4 ounces of hulled strawberries

2. 1 cup of milk

3. 1 tablespoon of honey

4. 6 cubes of ice



In a blender, combine ice cubes, strawberries, milk and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
