Strawberry Soda stains in Lace?

I spilled strawberry soda on my pirate shirt and got all of it out except a bit on the lace up the front. I've tried carpet cleaner, washing it, bleach, and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

tooth paste works well for some stains
Reply:Soak the lace portion in full-strength hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient in every commercial stain remover.

That and bleach will remove practically any stain out of natural fibers. But you said you already tried that --- and bleach can remove practically anything.

If the lace is made of polyester or some other man-made synthetic, it should be repel color stains.

The only other thing you might be able to do is purchase bluing agent. You can often find this in the laundry aisle next to RIT dye. Bluing agent will return white items to pristine white.
Reply:soak it in white wine..
