What is needed or do you any good mixes? Thanks Summer is coming me and girls are doing it right!

Muddle (crush) fresh mint, srawberries, sugar, lime. Add rum, stir. Add ice, fill with club soda

1 tablespoon superfine sugar, confectioners sugar, some recipes call for Brown sugar instead.



4 - 6 fresh strawberries



Fresh mint sprigs, about 3



Soda water, just a splash, some call for this others don't its mainly personal preference



1/2 of a fresh lime, somewhere around 4 tablespoons



1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) light rum, I like Captain Morgan



To serve it up, Place your Strawberry's, Mint and Sugar, in the glass, usually server in a Collins glass, or shaker, Mash the ingredients together.

The lime, or lemon juice is next - put that into your glass, strain if using fresh

If Done In a Shaker: The lime juice goes in the shaker as well - add the rum, Ice, and soda water if you chose to use it, cover and shake, then strain into glass.

If you don't use a shaker just do the same as above but instead mix everything else first, then add the Ice, Rum and the soda water

Garnish with a mint sprig if you like.
