What is Strawberry Fanciful?

I found a recipe for Raspberry Mousse on the American Diabetes Services website and it sounds like a quick tasty dessert, but I have no idea what "strawberry fanciful" is and neither do the grocers in my area. I even called American Diabetes Services and the person on the phone said there were no recipes on their site--which I was looking at while I spoke with her. At any rate, she had no idea what it was. Can anyone out there help? Thanks.

It is a reference to fruit preserves and fruit jams.
Reply:It sounds like a name that someone just gave to a dessert they had made - not an "official" name:) .... My husband is also diabetic, and he loves sliced strawberries mixed with Sugar-Free Cool Whip. He'll put that on strawberry sugar-free Angel Food cake (Walmart has it), or I'll put that mixture into cream puff shells that I make (no sugar in them).... Or, you could cut sugar-free strawberry gelatin into cubes, and mix them with sugar-free Cool WHip and strawberries
