Whats wrong with the touch keys on my Strawberry Chocolate?

I just bought a Strawberry Chocolate and the touch keys work sometimes and at other other times they don't. I do have the top slid open, so thats not the the problem. I also have it on super sensitivity and it barely recognizes my touch.

I have a chocolate also and thats a big problem, try changing the sensitivity and that may work, or maybe your just not used to it yet. But if the keys really wont work id suggest returning it because there is nothing you can do about that
Reply:Make sure your hands are not really dry, and its not too cold/hot outside.
