I think it might be too sweet but you might as well try it. Just take a spoonful in a bowl and mix just a lil bit of the jello mix. Taste it and see. Most likely you won't have to use much of the jello mix if it tastes good to u. However, you could take frozen strawberries and blend them. Mixing them with the icing will give it a true strawberry flavor. Let us know how it works if u do it... good luck! ;)

3 oz pkg cream cheese softened

the can of vanilla icing

1 pkg of strawberry jello



Beat them together until smooth. May have to add some milk, but add 1 teaspoon at a time until it is spreading consistancy. This sounds really lovely!!

Reply:I don't see why not - but add a little jello at a time and taste it. You don't want to add the whole package then have it coming out too sweet.
