What are these bumps on my nose (looks like a strawberry)?

I got these tiny bumps all over my nose, just my nose. They're really small, sometimes just a small bulge, other times they're pale, look like dry skin sticking out or something. Best way to describe the image, I think, is the look of those bumps on a strawberry. Need more detail? How do I get rid of them?

they're blackheads. There are strips for your nose to get rid of blackheads. Just go to a pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS, they have these strips there, and they should get rid of the blackheads.

Reply:they are called comedones. (pronounced coma-doan) oil clogs the pore and hardens. Steaming pores open with a very warm wet washcloth for 5 minutes and then cleansing with a gentle facial brush and cuticura soap followed by cool rinse and witch hazel astringent will help. don't pick or squeeze, this can cause the clog to be pushed further into the skin and possibly become infected.

Reply:Are u sure they aren't blackheads? If they are, just buy those strips that u put on ur nose to take them off. That always works for me!

Reply:Possibly blackheads. Get Biore Strips for your nose the instructions are on there and it should get rid of them immediately. (you can get them anywhere like wal mart CVS rite aid,etc..)
