Who knows a recipe for a Delicious Strawberry Smoothie?

I've been craving a delicious strawberry smoothie. I just dont know the ingriedents to make a perfect one. Any recipes,ideas,etc. would be greatly apprecited. God Bless all of you folks!

Who knows a recipe for a Delicious Strawberry Smoothie?
STRAWBERRY BEACH SMOOTHIE



16 oz. strawberries

2 very ripe bananas (browning peel)

1 cup sugar

1 Ziploc freezer bag

2 cups ice

1 cup water



Rinse strawberries in cold water and remove stems.

Place strawberries in freezer bag with sugar.



Peel bananas and put in bag. Shake bag. Put bag in freezer for at least 2 hours.



Pour frozen fruit into blender. Add ice and water. Blend well.









EASY STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIES



1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1/4 cup fat-free milk

6 tablespoons Equal? Spoonful*

3 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries

1 cup ice cubes



Combine yogurt, milk and Equal in blender container. With blender running, add berries, a few at a time, through opening in lid. Blend until smooth.

Add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid, blending until slushy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.



Makes 4 servings.
Reply:to a small bag of frozen strawberries (sliced, if you can find them), add 1 banana and a splash of lowfat milk or yogurt. Whirl in blender, adding more milk as needed to make it thin enough to blend.
