How do I get my hair a dark/strawberry blonde without getting it dyed?

I have light brown hair and I want to be a dark blonde by the end of the summer without using any type of bleach or dye kit. Do you know anything about sun-in? Does it work? I heard that it turns your hair orange. Is this true? And which one should I use: original or lemon? Thanks.

i "dyed" my friends blonde hair with kool-aid and it worked sooo well it was really pretty and if you have a light brown hair i think that the strawberry color will come out great. i would suggest cherry or fruit punch flavor. its not real die and its cheap so it does wash out within a fw weeks but its better than paying 50 bucks to get it done

Reply:sun-in IS a bleach (read the box)...try some lemon juice (or swim a lot...chlorine bleachs hair)

its dye. but no harsh chemicals or ANYTHING!
