You know that really sweet pink one in applebees? Does anyone know the exact or close to the ingredients. What liquid is used in most good smoothies? I heard alot of people say juice but plz be specific, what kind?! Thank you.
How do you make a strawberry coco-frost smoothie?
I'm not quite sure if they add anything else besides what they say it has in it but It has A mixture of banana, strawberry, coconut and pineapple. I'm pretty sure that all the fruits are frozen except for the coconut. You will probably need to get coconut milk and use that as your coco flavor. Remember not to make it to water. Good luck!
