Growing strawberry plants in plant pots or hanging baskets??

does anyone know how to grow strawberry plant properly in plant pots or in hanging baskets??



i have just bought two strawberry plants and do not want to ruin them

Plant them in your pots or hanging baskets. Don't forget to water them. Put them in a sunny spot, or a spot that's sunny half the time.



Two plants is not very many, though. If you want strawberries for eating, I recommend planting them in the ground, and as many as you have room for! (About 25 plants per person if you like strawberries)
Reply:Strawberry plants planted in hanging baskets look the best. Make sure they are in full sun and the soil is always wet. Fertilize them every 3 weeks. The key is moist soil at all times and fertilization. All commercial fertilizers have 3 numbers. The middle number is the most important for growing fruit. It's the one that causes flowering. This should be the higher number of the three.

Reply:just let them grow and hangout and as long as you pickthe heavy strawberries and they have good roots you will be fine
