I have the banana and strawberries and blender what do I need to do? Nothing fancy just want to test the blender out by making some smoothies. Also if you don't drink it all at once can you store in the fridge for the next day?
How To Make A Strawberry Banana Smoothie?
You can use yogart but I prefer orange juice.
Put in first Ice, then the strawberrys then the banana then the oragne juice. How much of each depends on your taste.
Yes you can put it in the fridge but cover it up. and make sure you mix it up before you drink it again :)
Reply:You can use anything you want; Milk, yogurt, gingerale. It's all in your tastebuds. I'd say the yogurt would be the more healthy choice and I would think gingerale would add a flavor that may alter the natural flavoring of the fruits.
I Package Strawberries
1 large banana, optional
1 cup milk, yogurt, juice or...uh hem...gingerale!
1 cup cold water
12 ice cubes
Blend the ingredients (minus the ice) in the blender. Drop the ice cubes in one or two at a time until all have been added.
Sometimes, to sweeten in up, you can adda a TBSP of vanilla extract instead of sugar. You can also use Splenda if you need it to be sweeter.
However, to make it real healthy and still delicious, you can just mix that strawberries, the banana, the fluid (I use Lactaid or Soy Milk) and raw oatmeal. (You really don't need the ice or extra water for this recipe!) The raw oatmeal will help it be more filling!

Reply:its a smoothie...you can put anything that you want in there. Depending on how thick you want it you can put either yogurt or milk. But even orange juice will work. Just make sure to add ice or else its all going to be chunky liquid.
I dont really suggest Ginger Ale..i mean..it might taste good, you never know but talk about gas.
Reply:Ok.. First off.. YES you do need milk, you dont need yogurt but you do need milk.. theres not really a way you can make it using OJ it just wont taste good.
But heres how it goes.. You for one serving.
Put 5 strawberries in the blender. 1 full banana. 8oz of milk, and around 8 ices (optional)
Reply:i don't think the OJ would tase rite, but u can always try it %26amp; find out. I prefer a cup of apple juice. Use 1 frozen banana, about a cup of frozen strawberries, some vanilla ice cream OR yogurt. If you use milk, it will not have the consistency most people look 4 in a "smoothie."
Reply:You can put pretty much whatever you want in it. The banana will make it a little thinner. If you use banana I wouldnt recommend saving it till the next day. Freeze the fruits first and your smoothie will be a little thicker.
Reply:cut up the bananna and strawberries, put them in the blender, put milk or cream in it and also ice. if you put ginger ale in it, the smoothie would taste even sweeter than it already is.

if you want to make it chocolate strawberry banana smoothie add a table spoon or more of honey and a tea spoon of coco power.
