How to make strawberry filled crepes?

im in the mood for crepes.lol.but i have the ingredients and stuff to make the crepes..its just the strawberry filling part im stuck on..can someone help?
How to make strawberry filled crepes?
The Ingredients

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup flour

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Non-stick spray

Filling



1 cup of chopped strawberry

1 cup of whipped cream

The Method

This is so absolutely delicious and wonderful during the summer. Every single bit is Heavenly. They are also easy and totally satisfying.



Crepes:



Mix all ingredients together.

Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Spray a non-stick pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter in the pan evenly

Use a spatula to slightly fold the edges of the batter when slightly cooked.

When the bottom cooked, flip the crepe carefully. (let chill before inserting filling)

Filling:



Mix all ingredients.

Place the filling in the middle of the crepe and fold all sides in.

Reply:Here is my cheat method...



I take the night before, a box of strawberries..clean them and cut them in small chunks.



Place all the cut up pieces in bowl, sprinkle sugar all over them and let them sit overnight. (they lose their juices this way). Stir the next morning, mashing a few. (reserve a few if you want to add it on top)

Add Cream Cheese, enough to coat the strawberries and to mix with the juice.



Place in your crepes, and place a some you've reserved on top and top with whipped creme, or eat like that, filled only.

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

4 cups sliced strawberries



Blend the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.



Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and the cream cheese filling, roll up and top with a small dollop of the cream cheese filling and more sliced strawberries.



or sometimes I will just use strawberry pie filling that comes in a can %26amp; mix in cream cheese roll it up %26amp; enjoy.
