Where can I find a Strawberry Shortcake princess cake topper? Or what can I use instead?

My soon to be three year old picked Strawberry Shortcake to be her theme this year. No biggie, except its the one from "Dress up Days", so she looks like a princess. So again my question is where can I find a Strawberry Shortcake princess cake topper? Or what can I use instead? I looked at party stores and they don't have a princess one.Thanks for your help.

Oh golly, Princess Strawberry is really cute! I just had to look it up on Amazon, because I didn't know if it was a book or a DVD. I think that's going to be an impossible item to find, but you can still accomplish this task yourself. Here are my suggestions:



Option 1: Get a color copy of the DVD cover (if you don't have access to a color copier, library's have them,) or print the image off the internet. Then glue it onto a piece of cardboard and cut the image out. Glue a popsicle stick onto the back of the image to push into the cake.



Option 2: If you're a crafter or a scrapbooker, there are tons of items you can find at the craft store to embellish a printed image. Use fabric, felt or velvet, ribbon, gold foil, teeny plastic strawberries and create your own multi-media dress, cloak, crown, etc.



Option 3: Even a simple gold crown or tiara (with a paper or plastic strawberry "jewel" glued to the center would make a pretty topper.



Also, try searching on eBay for "Princess Strawberry Shortcake," there are alot of party items with that specific theme there, especially in the stores at the bottom of the search page.

Reply:I just saw this carriage thing on Ebay. I'm not sure how big the cake is going to be but this is cute and she can have it as a toy afterwards.

Reply:Try birthdayexpress.com, they may have it. Did you think about just using real strawberries? Then, the kids could eat them too! Have fun.
Reply:I had strawberry shortcake on my daughters 1st birthday cake. I got it at WalMart. I would give them a call and ask it they have any in stock. Happy Birthday to your little girl.
