Is vitamin water good for you or not? because I am ADDICTED - especially to the Focus kiwi-strawberry?

Is vitamin water good for you or not? becuase I drink it all the time. especially the Focus or kiwi-strawberry kind. It says that it has vitamin A and ginkgo biloba in it (whatever that is) Does anyone know if thats good or bad?

It's OK for you. But, not especially OK for your wallet. Vitamin water, along with most bottled waters, are a total ripoff.

I think vitamin water is one of those things that isnt good or bad for you. Its just somewhere in the middle.
