Why is it so harder to mix chocolate into milk than strawberry?

I have Nestle Quik and it's easy to make strawberry milk, just add the pink powder to milk and mix. Same thing with chocolate powder except it never wants to mix with the milk. It's like trying to mix water and oil! Yes, I know there's a solution to it with chocolate syrup, but what causes this?

possibly the different chemical composition of the chocolate powder....there's no cocoa in the strawberry powder.
Reply:Maybe you have a bad can of choc. Quick. I've never had that particular problem with mine. But, then again I have a whisk that I stir it with. This whisk is slender and long enough to fit in the tall glass that I use.
