I need instructions on how to make a good strawberry margarita "on-the-rocks".
Does anyone know how to make a good strawberry margarita "on-the-rocks"?
1 Ounce Strawberry puree

1 1/2 Ounces Jose Quervo Margarita Mix

2 ounces Jose Quervo Tequila (or whatever you prefer) Cabo Wabo is awesome.

3/4 oz Triple sec.

squeeze 2 lime wedges in with the mix and drop them in.

shake with ice and strain

2 oz fresh strawberries

1 oz fraise de bois liqueur

2 oz Margaritaville tequila (accept no substitutes, Parrotheads!)

2 oz Margaritaville Margarita Mix

1 oz orange liqueur (optional)



Tip whole lot into blender jug with about 8 to 10 oz of freshly cracked or shaved ice. Blitz to a Slush Puppy-like consistency, adding more ice or fraise de bois as desired.



Pour into margarita or parfait glasses, top with fresh strawberry if desired. Serve with sponge cake and Live At Fenway Park CD.
