Today in my science class we extracted DNA strands from strawberries in a lab and got to take some of it home with us in little mini plastic test tubes with ethyl alcohol.
What can I do with it? Can I make hybrid fruits or turn myself into a strawberry?

outside of a lab there is really nothing you can do with it.
if you were in a college class and they let you, you could try to amplify it up to get more copies of it and then stick it into other fruits and see if you can get like a kiwi-strawberry fruit rather than just having them mixed in your capri sun.
no. you cannot turn yourself into a strawberry. first off, it totally wouldn't work. second, do you really want to try it by sticking a needle into your arm to inject it into you? didn't think so.
